A lot has happened in the house last week! Many helping hands removed most of the shrubs in the front yard, together with all the stuff and furniture in the house, wallpapers, carpets, tiles, doorframe panels – now we have an empty, beautifully light-flooded house! Under the PVC coating in the hall we discovered the original terrazzo floor! But unfortunately we cannot keep it like all the wooden floors in the other rooms, because we have to install a underfloor heating… But we would love to install a new terrazzo floor in the hall – maybe in a more neutral tone. We also want to keep the brick walls in the attic unplastered, maybe we will just paint it white… Many ideas but still a lot of work!
